We at FACOR leverage all platforms of communication like Print, Electronic, Social, Personal Connect to showcase brand image as a responsible miner.

Our objective is to reach out to masses whether internal stakeholders i.e. our employees who are our first brand ambassadors or external stakeholders like opinion makers, customers, local community that we serve etc. Chairman himself is communicating directly with all employees at one platform.

Some other important activities which also form a part of our engagement with all stakeholders are as follows :

  • Coffee with CEO – An unique initiative wherein employees get a chance to have an in depth one-on-one interaction with the CEO. We have further standardized these meets by setting up a weekly schedule with an aim to cover each employee of FACOR.
  • Engagement activities for Outsourced manpower – We also organise engagement programs from Security personnel and felicitate them along with their families (Refer Fig.14).
  • Family Engagement programs – Along with the employees, we also involve family, spouse and children for various initiatives and recognise them.

There have been number of initiatives for families of employees such as Taekondo Classes for Kids, Yoga for All, Badminton tournament, Cricket tournament, screening of cricket match, Picnic etc.
