As a pioneer of Ferro Alloys Industry in India, he has represented the country in various International symposiums and forums like World Economic Forum, in Switzerland, International Ferro Alloys Congress and Metal Bulletin Ferro Alloys Conferences and has also served as a member of the Indian delegation formed by the Government of India and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also the Chairman of Indian Ferro Allloys Producers's Association. |

Mr. Harish Salve started his career as a Chartered Accountant practicing on the Taxation side before moving over to the profession of law. In November, 1999 Mr. Salve was appointed as the Solicitor General of India for a 3 year term. A senior counsel with expertise in Constitutional Law, Commercial Law and Taxation Laws, he has appeared in various cases in the Supreme Court before the Constitution bench.
